Description

The company's Security Organization builds security solutions that reduce risk for the company and its customers, helping customers move sensitive data and workloads to the cloud.

Enterprise Security is hiring a technical program manager to run three connected programs: vulnerability management, configuration management, and attack surface management.

You will own the OKR and epic portfolio, keep priorities current, and make sure committed work is loaded into each engineering team's agile backlog so delivery dates hold.

These programs span many teams and run for multiple quarters. Dependencies, shifting priorities, and unclear ownership can stall critical work, so you will track and resolve cross-team dependencies, letting engineers focus on delivery and leaders focus on strategy and people.

Success in the first 6 to 12 months means one current OKR and epic view across the three programs, each team's funnel matched to committed dates, cross-team blockers cleared on a predictable cadence, attack surface success measures defined with regular leadership reporting, and less coordination work falling on managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the OKR and epic portfolio for all three programs, covering creation, refinement, sequencing, and status tracking.
  • Reprioritize continually as scope and demand shift, and explain trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
  • Partner with team leads so each team's agile funnel reflects current priorities and supports committed dates.
  • Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, then resolve them or escalate early.
  • Prepare executive-ready status, risk, and progress reports covering the full portfolio.
  • Lead gate reviews and go/no-go checkpoints for major milestones.
  • Model team capacity against competing priorities and flag conflicts early.
  • Create reusable standards, such as OKR governance and intake and planning templates, that work across teams.

Requirements

  • Experience using AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, or critically assessing how it could be applied. This may include AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analysis of AI-driven insights, or evaluating AI's effect on the function or industry.
  • 12+ years of program or project management in software, security, or infrastructure organizations, or similar experience gained through education.
  • A record of running multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies.
  • Solid working knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning in enterprise tools such as the company's agile platform.
  • Experience managing OKRs and linking delivery to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including reporting to executives.
  • Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.
  • Preferred: experience in security operations, vulnerability management, configuration or compliance management, CMDB, or attack surface and exposure management.
  • Preferred: familiarity with regulated or government environments, such as FedRAMP and federal directives.
  • Preferred: experience launching a new program, including defining metrics and reporting cadence.
  • Preferred: experience with capacity planning and portfolio-level road mapping.
  • Nice to have, not required: PMP, SAFe, or a similar certification.
