1What WAYjOB! is

A job board for people looking for their next tech role, most of all at mid and senior level. You see open roles in development, design, data, product, QA, DevOps and more, and narrow them by place, work model, level, salary and tech stack.

Two things shape everything here. You often hear about a role days after it opened, when hundreds of people have applied already. And what you send usually lands in an applicant tracking system, where nobody may read it.

2Where the roles come from

We read employers' own careers sites and hiring systems, Y Combinator company pages, the Hacker News hiring threads and public job channels, and our team adds roles by hand. Each source is checked on a schedule, so a new role usually reaches the board the same day it goes live.

A role found in a community post waits for a person on our team to check it before it goes up. A role closes here once it is gone from the employer's own site.

3What you get here

  • Early Window: roles we found in their first 48 hours, before the big job boards carry them, so you apply while few people have seen them.
