1About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and GUOLI LIGHTING COMPANY LIMITED (37 Lk26, Van Canh Urban Area, Van Canh Ward, Ha Noi, Vietnam), who runs WAYjOB! ("WAYjOB!", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you use the website, with or without an account.
By using WAYjOB! you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2What WAYjOB! is
WAYjOB! collects vacancies for tech roles from company career pages, members-only communities, private channels, newsletters and recruiters, and shows them in one feed with filters.
Some vacancies come with extra ways in:
- Early Window: a vacancy we found recently, before it spreads to the big job boards.
- Direct Apply: a verified person on the hiring side you can reach directly.
- Referral: an insider who can pass your application to the team.
We are not the employer and not a recruitment agency. Hiring decisions, replies and timelines are up to the employers and the people you contact.
3Your account
You can browse without an account. To apply, save searches, get alerts or use Fits Me you need one. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google, LinkedIn or GitHub account. There is no password to remember, so keep access to your email secure.
You must be at least 16 years old, or older where the law of your country requires it, and give an email address you control.
Every account gets one free vacancy unlock with one application. Creating extra accounts to get more free unlocks is not allowed.
4Free and paid plans
The Free plan lets you browse every vacancy and use the filters. Paid plans open more:
- Pro and Max are subscriptions billed every month or every 3 months, depending on what you choose.
- The 7-Day Job Search Sprint is a one-time payment for 7 days of Pro. It does not renew.
- Features marked "Soon" are not yet available and are not part of what you pay for until they are released.
Prices, the billing period and any discount are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can pause billing for 1, 2 or 3 months, or cancel, at any time from your Account page. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5Vacancies and contacts
Vacancy information comes from third parties. We check what we publish, but we can't guarantee that every detail is accurate or that a vacancy is still open.
On some vacancies the company name and the contact's name are shown only on a paid plan or with your free unlock. When you use Direct Apply or ask for a referral, the conversation is between you and the people on the hiring side.
Use contacts only to apply for the role in question. Don't send spam, sales pitches or anything abusive, and don't pass contacts on to others. We may limit or remove access if contacts are misused.
6Fits Me and your CV
Fits Me compares the answers you give (and your CV, if you add it) with the facts of each vacancy, and shows how well roles fit you. The percentage is an estimate to help you decide where to apply, not a promise of how an employer will see you.
Only upload a CV that is yours and that you are allowed to share. You can change your answers or remove your CV at any time.
7Applying with the application kit
Your profile holds one CV, which you can add, replace or remove at any time. When you apply, WAYjOB! checks it against the vacancy and can use AI to write a version of it tailored to the role (to download as a PDF or DOCX), and a cover letter or a message to the hiring contact. On the Free plan this is included for your one free vacancy. On a paid plan each vacancy uses AI tokens: your plan grants them every period (unused ones don't carry over), and tokens you buy stay in your balance.
Drafts and the tailored CV are suggestions built from your own CV. Read and edit them before you send anything: what you send is yours, and it must be true. Messages go out from your own email, LinkedIn, Telegram or Discord, never from WAYjOB!.
We help you apply well, but we can't promise that an employer or a contact will reply, or how they will decide.
The applications tracker keeps the vacancies you apply to and the status you give them, so we can remind you what to do next. You can change or remove any of them.
8Acceptable use
Please don't:
- copy, scrape or collect vacancies or contacts by automated means;
- resell or republish our data, or build a competing service with it;
- share a paid account or get around a paywall or a limit;
- interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses or overload it;
- impersonate anyone or use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
9Our content and yours
The WAYjOB! name, design and software, and the way we collect and organise vacancies, belong to us. Vacancy texts belong to their authors.
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use WAYjOB! for your own job search. Anything you give us (answers, a CV, saved searches) stays yours; you allow us to use it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10Alerts and emails
Vacancy alerts, email digests and pop-up notifications are sent only when you turn them on, and you can turn them off in your Account.
Some emails are part of the service and can't be switched off: sign-in codes, receipts and important notices about your account or these terms.
11Changes and availability
We keep improving WAYjOB!, so features can change. We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
12Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made by employers or contacts, or for indirect losses such as lost opportunities or earnings.
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law, or liability that can't be excluded.
13Closing your account
You can stop using WAYjOB! and ask us to delete your account at any time with Delete Account on your account page, or by writing to support@wayjob.pro. Cancel any subscription first, so you aren't charged again.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes go to the competent courts of Ha Noi. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using WAYjOB! after that, the new terms apply.
