First 50 partners keep 50%

Send job seekers.
Keep 40% for a year.

We find tech roles before the big job boards and put people in front of the hiring manager instead of an ATS queue.

The numbers behind that

The payment figures are our real prices. The two rates are ordinary for a product people can browse in full before they pay, and 3.2 months is what this category churns at, because people leave when they get hired.

How the money reaches you

  1. Take your link and your code

Both work from the first minute, and both can point anywhere: a specialty, a country, one role.

  2. Your code is their discount

The code that credits you where there is no click to track is the one that takes money off at checkout.

  3. You get paid every month

The 15th, for what they paid the month before, and again for the eleven after it.

Live roles from the board right now, exactly as a visitor sees them.

Roles before the queue forms

Career pages, members-only Discord and Slack, private Telegram channels, newsletters.

The hiring manager, by name

The message goes to the person who posted the job, not into an ATS.

Their CV, read and rewritten

Every role scored against it, then tailored to the posting with the letter written.

Roles that take their country

Remote from where they actually live, and visa sponsorship, as filters instead of as a hope.

Who this works for

Telegram channels

You already post roles. Post the ones nobody else has yet, with your code on the link.

YouTube, TikTok and Reels

The list nobody can assemble by hand: who is hiring remotely this week, before the big boards.

Newsletters

One issue points at a live listing for your readers' own field, not at a home page.

Discord and Slack communities

The #jobs channel somebody keeps by hand becomes a feed that keeps itself.

Career coaches and bootcamps

You already tell people to stop mass-applying. This is where they go once they do.

Relocation and visa sites

Visa sponsorship and remote-from-my-country are filters here, so the click lands on the answer.

The first 50 keep 50%

Not a launch week. Traffic sent to a board before anybody else has is worth more to us than traffic sent later, so the rate is higher and it stays higher: 50% on every customer that partner ever sends, for as long as the program runs.

What we ask

No bidding on our name
Paid search on WAYjOB and its misspellings is buying traffic that was already ours and charging us for it.
No incentive or bot traffic
Paid-to-click, autosurf and anything that makes an account for someone who is not looking for a job.
Say it is a partner link
Your audience should know, and in most of your countries the law agrees. It costs you nothing: they are getting money off out of it.
Never promise a job
We do not, and neither does the product. Reply rates and hiring outcomes we have not measured are not yours to quote.
Our words stay ours
Do not run ads, sites or channels as if they were us, and do not sell our name on a coupon site.
Refunds come back out
A refunded or charged-back payment is deducted from the next payout. 14 days of hold is the whole of the clawback.

Payouts run on the 15th for everything held longer than the refund window. Nothing is forfeited if you go quiet, and there is no minimum you have to hit to stay in.

Questions we would ask too

What is the real EPC?

We do not know yet, and anyone in this category who quotes you one without a dashboard behind it is guessing at you. The calculator on this page runs on assumptions you can change, and it says so. When the first partners have sent enough traffic to mean something, the real per-click number goes on this page whatever it says.

Who actually pays for this?

Mid-level and senior tech specialists hunting Western roles, most of them applying from another country, most of them two months into a search that is going nowhere. They pay when the role they want has its company hidden, or after twenty applications and no reply. They leave when they are hired, which is what the twelve-month window is built around.

My audience is on Telegram and there are no clicks I can measure.

Every partner gets a code as well as a link. Someone who types it at sign-up is yours with no cookie involved, which is also what survives an in-app browser, a shared screenshot and a forwarded post. The 90-day cookie is for the clicks you do get.

What does my audience get that a normal visitor does not?

A discount, from the same code that credits you. Browsing the whole board is free for anybody, so there is nothing to give away there; what costs money is the hidden companies, the hiring contacts, the AI application kits and the fit score on every role, and the code takes money off when somebody decides to open those. The amount is being set with the first partners and will be on this page before anybody is asked to post a link.

Does the discount come out of my commission?

Partly, and we would rather say so than have you find it on a statement. Your percentage is of what the customer actually pays, so a discounted payment is a smaller payment to take a share of. Nothing else is netted off, and every month after the discounted one is at the full price. We are setting the size with that arithmetic on the table, because it is your money as well as ours.

Do you approve everyone?

No. We read what you would post and where. A channel about jobs for people who cannot get read is a fit; a coupon aggregator is not. It is a short answer either way, from a person.

How far along is the product?

Far enough to sell and honest about the rest. The board, the filters, the fit scoring, the AI application kits and the Telegram alerts work today. The insider referral channel and a few things marked Soon do not, and they are marked Soon on the site itself rather than in the small print.

Tell us where your audience is

Five fields. A person reads it, and answers from a real address. If it is a fit, that answer carries your link, your code and the terms in full.

  • No card and no contract to sign now
  • Nothing is ever sent to your audience by us
  • If we are not a fit, we say so
What kind of audience

This is the whole of the decision. Two honest lines beat a pitch.

No card, no contract to sign now, and nothing sent to your audience by us. If we are not a fit we say so.
