One CV, brought in line with one role

The same CV sent everywhere is what makes a search feel like shouting. This one takes yours and one posting you are actually going for, and lines them up, so the reader sees the part that matters to them first.

Your CV and the role

Add your CVPDF or DOCX, up to 4 MB. Drop it here or choose a file. It is read, not published anywhere.

A link to any job page, or the text of the posting. We read the title, the stack and what it asks for.

What it does

Your facts, never new ones

It reorders, rewrites and sharpens what your CV already says. It does not add a company you never worked at or a skill you never used.

Every change shown, with why

The tailored CV arrives with the changed lines marked and a reason beside each one, so you can keep it, edit it, or put it back.

A file you can actually send

Download it as PDF or DOCX: one column, standard fonts, nothing an applicant tracking system chokes on.

Five fresh drafts

If the first one is not it, ask again. The same role, a different take, without starting over.

How it works

  1. Drop your CV here

Or use the one on your profile, if you already added it.

  2. Give it the role

A link to one of ours, a link to any other job page, or the posting pasted as text. This one needs a posting: it has nothing to line your CV up with otherwise.

  3. Read what would change, and why

The rewritten lines, each with its reason, and the file to download once you keep it.

The role can be anybody's posting, not only ours: paste the link or the text, and it runs here.

Questions

Will it make things up?

No. The writer is given your CV and the posting as data, and it may only use what your CV already contains. Read it before you send it: what you send is yours.

Can I edit the result?

Yes, and you should. Every line is editable, and you can ask for a fresh draft if the tone is not yours.

What if I just want my CV looked at?

That is the CV Analyzer, and it asks for no job link at all: it reads the file on its own and says what to fix. Come back here once you have a posting you want this CV to fit.

What if I have no CV yet?

Press "I don't have a CV yet" above. If you have answered the Fits Me questions, the outline is written from those answers, with the rest left in brackets to fill in; if you haven't, the questions take a couple of minutes.
