Senior Project Manager - SLA

Description

The team runs Service Level Agreement projects within the HMAX digital services portfolio, and this senior role sits in that group as an individual contributor.

You take contracts from implementation through the early operational phases, planning and delivering the work and handing it over to steady-state service operations.

You work with product management, technical specialists, engineering, and HUB or global teams, applying established project management standards to help improve operational efficiency and grow the SLA business.

Responsibilities

• Manage SLA projects and key contracts in the HMAX digital services portfolio.
• Plan, execute, and deliver implementation work across your assigned contracts.
• Follow established project management standards and governance processes.
• Track progress, timelines, risks, and operational milestones.
• Keep customers regularly informed about progress and implementation activities.
• Lead the handover of projects from implementation into steady-state service operations.
• Work with product management, technical, engineering, and HUB or global teams to support delivery and share best practices.
• Produce clear, reliable financial and status reports covering progress, key risks, required actions, and overall initiative status.
• Make sure work complies with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years managing complex technical or service projects, including several projects at once in complex technical environments.
• Ability to organize and carry out work on your own, using project management, stakeholder management, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across project management, technical, and service teams, with strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certifications are preferred.
• Experience with SLA or long-term service agreements, large technical projects, utility infrastructure, electrical substations, high-voltage equipment, transformers, or complex industrial service environments is preferred.
• You must already hold work authorization that allows you to work for the company Energy in the United States.
