Product Manager & Go-to Market Specialist

Responsibilities

• You will set the global product strategy and go-to-market plan for the company's software licensing and protection solutions, with a focus on cloud, SaaS and AI-driven innovation.
• You will gather input from customers, partners and competitors and use it to steer product direction and spot growth opportunities.
• You will define positioning, messaging and launch plans with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and set the product apart.
• You will turn market and business needs into a clear product roadmap and work with Product Owners to deliver it in line with strategic goals.
• You will prepare roadmap presentations for sales teams and stakeholders.
• You will work with customers and markets across the world.
• You will own the product portfolio.
• You will shape pricing and packaging with Finance and Leadership to grow revenue, market share and customer value.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of product management or product marketing experience, ideally in a B2B setting.
• You have shown you can turn market requirements and customer feedback into product roadmaps and commercial plans.
• You understand go-to-market approaches for SaaS, software licensing or enterprise software.
• You can define positioning, messaging and value propositions for different customer segments and markets.
• You have solid cloud and SaaS experience (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and some exposure to security and privacy, big data or AI/ML.
• You have supported product launches, marketing campaigns, webinars, customer events and sales enablement.
• You can manage SLAs and customer escalations with a strong focus on customer success and continuous improvement.
• You communicate clearly, stay organised and manage stakeholders in a global, fast-moving, cross-functional setting.
• You understand software protection, licensing, application security or cybersecurity concepts.
• You have experience with pricing and packaging for software or SaaS offerings.
