Description

About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

Responsibilities

  • Nebius is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Commercial Agreements and Pricing Mechanics within the Billing Platform team.
  • Our billing platform is how Nebius turns AI infrastructure into a business. As the company grows, Sales and GTM teams need increasingly sophisticated commercial constructs: commitments, credits, custom terms, multi-tenant setups. Your mission is to make sure every deal the business needs is supported by the billing platform out of the box, with as few unsupported custom deals as possible, and to build pricing mechanics that help maximize revenue.
  • This is a role at the intersection of product, commerce, and engineering. You will translate commercial intent into billing capabilities: well-defined product mechanics with clear rules, data models, and self-service potential.
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for commercial agreements and pricing mechanics in the Nebius billing platform
  • Design and ship billing support for commercial constructs
  • Develop pricing mechanics that drive revenue growth, such as dynamic pricing models
  • Systematically reduce the number of deals billing cannot support out of the box: identify recurring deal patterns and turn them into productized capabilities
  • Partner closely with Sales, GTM, Finance, Legal, and Operations on deal structures and contract mechanics; work with the billing engineering team on design and delivery
  • Own discovery, requirements, delivery, and success metrics for your domain, and keep documentation and internal enablement up to date
  • Who we are looking for
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of billing, monetization, or pricing products
  • Solid technical grounding: you are comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and billing pipelines with engineers and can reason about system design trade-offs, even if you do not write production code
  • Experience operating in an enterprise B2B environment with many stakeholders: sales, finance, legal, engineering
  • Strong analytical skills: you model the revenue and margin impact of pricing and discount mechanics before committing to them

Requirements

  • FinOps or cloud billing domain expertise: commitment discounts, usage-based pricing, FOCUS or similar billing data standards
  • Experience supporting enterprise deal desks or working directly with Sales on non-standard deals
  • Background at a cloud provider (hyperscaler, GPU cloud, or adjacent infrastructure business)

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams
  • What's it like to work at Nebius:
  • Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
