IT Lead Solution Architect, SAP Finance

The company is starting a multi-year global S4HANA programme for finance, covering an enterprise-wide SAP landscape that supports critical end-to-end processes.

You will help shape the architectural blueprint for that landscape, working across strategy, technology and transformation.

The scope, complexity and impact of this role are large.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the next generation of S4HANA finance capabilities across the global organisation.
• Guide stakeholders through a complex transformation so that finance is redesigned for the future, not simply rebuilt.
• Work with Global Process Owners, Treasury, Enterprise Architecture and the System Integrator to define a globally aligned, clean core finance design.
• Make sure the design connects smoothly across Record to Report and the full value chain.
• Promote simplification, automation and control optimisation.
• Keep the live environment and the transformation programme continuous with each other.

Requirements

• Substantial experience leading SAP finance architecture in S4HANA transformations, including building global finance templates that simplify and future-proof operations.
• A proven record of designing end-to-end solutions that link finance with OTC, PTP, manufacturing and controlling.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder skills to guide varied teams, challenge legacy thinking and protect design integrity.
• The ability to influence at every level and turn complexity into well-governed, strategically aligned decisions.
• The ability to oversee complex systems design, guide delivery teams, and keep solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, quality standards and business priorities.

Conditions

Hybrid working model, which applies to most professional roles.

Expected gross annual base salary range: 251 000 to 376 250 PLN.

Actual pay depends on job-related factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, role scope, location and internal equity.

The role sits in a defined pay band within the internal job architecture, and pay decisions use gender-neutral criteria in line with pay transparency laws.
