Enterprise AI Business Analyst

Description

The company is a technology firm serving the US federal government, supporting defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. Its team has more than 13,000 people and is part of a larger global firm.

You will join a project delivering implementations of Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Gov Enterprise. The team is small and agile, and you will help define how new workflows take shape.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and success metrics for the platform's rollout and adoption.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and record business requirements, and decide which configurations the organization's security goals call for.
• Run requirements workshops and gather user feedback, then feed those findings into ongoing improvement plans.
• Turn business needs into technical specifications and make sure deliverables meet business goals and compliance rules.
• Make sure the work follows AFS legal and security requirements and federal standards such as NIST 800-171.
• Coordinate procurement and operational approvals with the operations team.
• Oversee the setup of Entra ID SSO, logging, and monitoring.
• Make sure support staff are onboarded and trained to run the platform.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and constraints across several workstreams, build contingency plans, and escalate critical issues quickly.
• Work with the small, fast-paced internal team to deliver on time, and keep the technical and functional work in step with the Enterprise AI Feature Engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• US citizenship.
• Experience with at least one of Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, or ChatGPT Gov.
• Stakeholder management and business process engineering skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven record running complex technology integration programs in federal or heavily regulated settings.
• Solid understanding of AI platforms, cloud technology, and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver results in fast-changing environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Bonus: familiarity with LLMs and LLM cloud services.
• Bonus: familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud services.
• Bonus: experience with supply chain systems and risk assessment.
• Bonus: familiarity with cloud deployment environments.

Conditions

Pay ranges are required by local law for roles in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia.

In those locations, the base pay range is $81,000 - $162,400 USD.

Actual pay depends on location, role, skill set, and experience.
