  • Present findings and recommendations to project teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research, Mechanical Engineering, Systems or Computer Engineering, or another engineering discipline, with a clear interest in data analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Able to work on your own and juggle several priorities.
  • Curious, with a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Preferred: experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with data querying concepts.
  • Preferred: coursework or experience in data analytics, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, operations research or business intelligence.
  • Preferred: experience with Python, R or other analytics tools.
  • Preferred: knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methods.
