Description

You will be an analyst on the Send tribe at a global technology company that helps people and businesses move and manage money across borders. Your focus is High Volume customers, who send the most complex transfers and depend on the product most.

Your job is to learn what these customers need, find the points where their experience fails, and help the team decide where to focus its effort.

You will connect data with product strategy, making the product more predictable so customers can confidently move large sums.

Responsibilities

  • Lead insight work and impact tracking for transfer verification, including clarifying documentation requirements and reducing friction in the process.
  • Look ahead to suggest what the team should tackle next to make verification smoother.
  • Analyse where a single product fix is not enough and where service changes are needed, such as response times and service quality.
  • Help set the strategy for scaling support operations and identify customer segments that need more specialised attention to reduce churn.
  • Show how improving product reliability and service efficiency affects customer retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in analytical roles with strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience running regular A/B tests and causal analyses to measure how product changes affect defined metrics.
  • Experience working with Product Managers and other analysts to set KPIs and track how new features affect conversion, stickiness and engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management: you collaborate well, influence decisions, and know when to say yes or no to get the most impact.
  • A bias to action: you spot what needs doing and drive it to completion.
  • You can take an open-ended, ambiguous problem, structure it, and solve it, keeping the team on the highest-impact work.
  • Experience delivering high-quality data and self-serve analytics with tools such as Airflow, dbt and Looker.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning techniques, including building predictive models.
  • Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem.
