Description

The Global KYC and Onboarding squad makes customer onboarding secure, compliant, efficient and able to scale. Its platform verification part covers checks for partners that offer the company's services and for their customers.

Partners reach the company through different partner models, markets and operational routes. Some of this is hard to measure and still depends on fragmented or manual work. This role builds a dependable view of performance, finds the most valuable problems and sets better ways of working.

When flows are unclear or manual, partners get delayed, customers face avoidable friction, operations staff take on extra work and audits get harder.

The team is building a more scalable verification model with clear requirements, stronger control monitoring, clearer operational flows, more automation and partner-ready processes.

The company is a global technology firm focused on moving and managing money internationally.

You will use data to see where verification creates friction and cost, then lead changes from diagnosis through rollout and measurement. You will work with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Product Compliance, Risk, Partner Due Diligence, Operations, regional teams and partner-facing teams.

This is not a coordination role. You will create structure where none exists yet, including process maps, KPIs, root-cause work, launch scorecards, operating cadences and moves from manual steps to automation.

In the first 6 to 12 months, you should have clearer process maps and owners for the highest-impact partner workflows, and priority changes launching with plans, metrics, gates, runbooks, monitoring and adoption tracking.

You should also have manual review and partner RFI pain points sized and ranked in an automation or process backlog, clearer routing and escalation for partner-facing teams, metrics the team trusts, and documented root causes and prevention for recurring incidents, plus legacy ownership mapped with handover plans.

Responsibilities

  • Map end-to-end verification processes, covering partner models, control triggers, evidence flows, routing, RFIs, exceptions and recovery paths.
  • Find process and automation opportunities that reduce manual review, unnecessary partner RFIs, misrouting, rework and disruption for partners and customers.
  • Write implementation plans for priority changes, covering scope, owners, milestones, risks, launch gates, runbooks, training, adoption, monitoring and escalation.
  • Build reliable KPI definitions, dashboards, launch scorecards and weekly and monthly performance summaries that guide decisions.
  • Work with Analytics and Data Science to check data quality, split impact by segment, size populations, measure outcomes and separate real change from reporting or process artifacts.
  • Work with Engineering to turn operational needs into buildable requirements, accounting for constraints, dependencies, rollout paths and migration risk.
  • Work with Product Compliance, Risk and Ops so changes meet control objectives, stay auditable and work for the people reviewing cases.
  • Support automation and migration of fragile manual and legacy workflows onto scalable product or platform patterns.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for operational and partner-facing issues, track fixes to closure, and prevent repeats through standards, monitoring and documentation.

Conditions

Base salary is £90,000 to £130,000 gross per year, set by experience and interview outcome.

The company welcomes diverse, international teams and encourages applications from everyone.
