Description

AI agents are starting to write more code than people do, faster than most security teams can review it, and the company builds security tooling for that shift.

The company is building a security platform run by a team of security agents that work alongside engineers to find, fix, and govern risk at the pace software is now built. These agents support both the company's own product work and the agents its customers adopt, so companies can direct and trust security as a coordinated workforce.

This is an early-career Associate Implementation Consultant role that helps enterprise customers start using the platform after the sale. You will run onboarding work with customer development and security teams, setting up the platform across their software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. You will do hands-on work from your first weeks and get regular coaching from experienced consultants.

The Customer Solutions team looks after customers' technical success from the first onboarding session through full adoption. Implementation Consultants work with Technical Success, Support, Sales, and Product to turn a customer's security goals into a working, measurable program. The install base is growing, and the team is expanding to keep onboarding high quality at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Run onboarding engagements for customers with clearly defined requirements, following the company's onboarding method from kick-off to closure.
  • Support senior consultants on larger, more complex rollouts, owning defined workstreams and learning how enterprise implementations are planned and delivered.
  • Set up and connect the platform with customer source control, CI/CD, container, and cloud environments using documented procedures, raising questions early.
  • Attend customer kick-offs, working sessions, and status reviews, and keep customer contacts updated on progress and next steps.
  • Answer customer questions about how the platform works, and bring in senior consultants, Support, or Product when a problem needs deeper expertise.
  • Maintain accurate project plans, notes, and handoff documents so anyone can pick up an engagement.
  • Use the onboarding playbooks and templates, and propose improvements where you spot gaps.
  • Troubleshoot common integration and configuration problems, and record what you learn for the team.
  • Help customer teams adopt developer-first security practices so they keep using the platform after onboarding ends.
  • Grow your skills through regular coaching, shadowing, and the company's technical training and certification programs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical consulting, professional services, technical support, or another customer-facing technical role, or equivalent hands-on experience such as an internship or relevant projects.
  • Foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern DevOps, and curiosity about where security fits in.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Kubernetes, and the drive to learn them in depth.
  • Ability to manage your own tasks and deadlines across more than one customer project, with support from your team.
  • Clear written and spoken explanations of technical topics for developers and other technical contacts.
  • Genuine interest in application security and a belief that a developer-first approach is the right way to tackle it.
  • A collaborative, customer-first attitude, with a willingness to ask questions, accept feedback, and learn fast.
  • Working fluency with AI-assisted tools such as Claude or Gemini, and an understanding of how AI-generated code changes what customers need to secure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and an organized way of solving problems.
  • Nice to have: basic proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or another modern language.
  • Nice to have: prior experience in a support, solutions engineering, or technical account role for AppSec, CI, or DevSecOps products.
  • Nice to have: a security certification such as Security+, CSSLP, or CEH.
  • Nice to have: a Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification, or equivalent project management coursework.
  • Nice to have: a Computer Science degree or equivalent programming background, and exposure to enterprise-scale web technologies and microservices.
