Description

The company is moving customers from collaborative work management (CWM) to agentic workflow management (AWM), and this role helps enterprise customers make the same shift.

You will help customers decide what AI-supported work looks like in their organisation, get stakeholders to agree on a shared adoption plan, and deliver measurable results in their most valuable workflows.

You will run structured, time-bound engagements from onboarding through to workflow launch, helping people and AI agents carry out work together. You will work closely with executive sponsors and frontline teams, handle unclear situations, and link AI capabilities to business outcomes.

The company provides a platform for human and AI collaboration and has been on Fortune's Best Workplaces list for over 7 years. It has more than 13 offices worldwide.

This is a London-based role on a mostly in-office hybrid schedule. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the standard office days. Most employees can work from home on Wednesdays. Friday working from home depends on your type of work and the teams you support. If you are interviewing, your recruiter will explain the office requirements in more detail.

Responsibilities

  • Run structured onboarding and deployment engagements with Customer Success, Sales, Solutions and R&D to drive adoption of the company AI.
  • Get enterprise stakeholders aligned on platform setup, workflow priorities and shared success measures, and judge workflow complexity to produce early results.
  • Write and hand over full implementation plans that cover priority workflows, plans for known risks and clear milestones.
  • Guide customers through workflow design, discovery, process mapping, configuration and user acceptance testing using built-in AI features.
  • Coordinate delivery across time-bound engagements, bringing together workflow owners, IT and business stakeholders from kickoff through training and launch.
  • Write documents and longer-term roadmaps showing how customers can expand their use of AI, including expansion recommendations.
  • Hold regular check-ins with customers and account teams to review workflow performance and adoption metrics and spot new implementation opportunities.
  • Pass expansion signals to internal partners and build repeatable delivery frameworks and best practices for the implementation team.

Requirements

  • Shows curiosity about AI tools and new technology, and is willing to learn them and use them to improve productivity, collaboration or decision-making.
  • Has a proven record of customer-facing implementation or consulting, leading structured onboarding or deployment work at a SaaS company or consulting firm.
  • Has deployed enterprise AI tools, AI-powered workflows, agent orchestration or platform implementations that involved data governance.
  • Can guide customers through AI-related change, build their confidence and handle adoption friction with empathy.
  • Has managed several enterprise workstreams and senior stakeholders at once while keeping timelines and milestones on track.
  • Facilitates well, turning complex customer feedback into practical platform configuration and long-term adoption plans.
  • Acts decisively in unclear settings, makes sound calls with incomplete information and builds momentum quickly.
  • Communicates clearly and in a structured way, explaining complex technical workflows and future states to executive sponsors, workflow owners and cross-functional teams.
  • The company values a mix of backgrounds, perspectives and skills. Apply even if you do not meet every requirement listed.

Conditions

The estimated base salary is between £93,000 and £119,000. The final figure depends on factors such as market rates and your qualifications, assessed objectively during interviews. This range is a guideline and may change.

Your total pay may also include equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles) and benefits. Ask your recruiter for the full compensation and benefits details for this role.

The company reviews market value to make pay fair and runs a yearly pay equity audit.

This is a hybrid role based in London with a mostly office-based schedule.

Benefits

  • Mental health, wellness and fitness support.
  • Career coaching and support.
  • Inclusive family-building benefits.
  • Long-term savings or retirement plans.
  • In-office meal options that cater to different dietary needs.
  • Benefits can vary by role, country and local regulations. Ask your recruiter for details.
