The company builds AI-powered humanoid robots designed to work alongside people, starting with manufacturing and logistics and later extending to healthcare and the home.
The team works across the full robotics stack, focused on taking the robot to market at scale and solving safety, commercialization and mass production.
This senior individual contributor role owns the setup, administration and ongoing improvement of the company's ERP systems as the company grows.
You will work with finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing and other business groups to turn their needs into ERP solutions that scale. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on work with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP or Oracle, understands accounting and procurement as they run inside an ERP, and balances delivery speed against long-term system integrity.
Responsibilities
Set up, administer and keep improving the ERP across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory and order management.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders, rank them, and build them into configurations, customizations, workflows and integrations.
Act as the functional expert on accounting inside the ERP, covering general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, fixed assets, period-end close and financial reporting. Work closely with the Controller and Finance team so the books are accurate and auditable.
Own the full procure-to-pay flow, from requisitions, purchase orders and vendor management through goods receipts, three-way matching, invoices and payment runs. Keep controls in place for audit readiness and segregation of duties.
Design, document and refine ERP-based processes so they scale, can be audited and follow internal controls.
Lead ERP implementations, upgrades and module rollouts, from planning and testing through cutover, hypercare and optimization after go-live.
Manage integrations with CRM, PLM, MES, HRIS, identity, the data warehouse and other SaaS tools, working with internal engineers and outside implementation partners.
Run ERP security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, segregation of duties, approval workflows and periodic access reviews.
Set master data governance for items, vendors, customers, BOMs and the chart of accounts, and drive data quality, reconciliation and reporting standards.
Build reports, dashboards and analytics in the ERP and connected BI tools so business leaders see operational, procurement and financial KPIs.
Manage ERP vendor and partner relationships, including licensing, renewals, support cases and roadmap alignment.
Write and maintain configuration records, process flows, runbooks and end-user training, and act as the senior internal ERP expert.
Mentor junior IT and business analysts who work with the ERP and build a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on ERP configuration, administration or implementation experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
Deep expertise in one or more major ERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central or CE), Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Revenue Cloud), SAP (S/4HANA, ECC or Business One), or Oracle (Fusion Cloud ERP, NetSuite or E-Business Suite).
Solid accounting fundamentals as applied in an ERP: chart of accounts design, journal entry workflows, subledger to general ledger reconciliation, cost center and project accounting, and period-end and year-end close. You can work fluently with Controllers, Staff Accountants and external auditors.
Deep hands-on experience configuring procure-to-pay within an ERP: requisitions, PO management, vendor master governance, receiving, three-way match, invoice approval and payment processing. Familiarity with procurement controls for SOX or similar compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders and turn them into well-built ERP solutions.
Strong process design skills: map current-state processes, find gaps and inefficiencies, and design future-state processes that scale within ERP constraints.
Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing and procurement processes, including quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay end to end. You can speak fluently with controllers, operations leaders and shop-floor users.
Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades or major module rollouts end to end.
Working knowledge of integration patterns and tools, including REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, iPaaS and ETL. Able to scope and oversee integrations even when implementation is delegated.
Strong grasp of ERP security models, segregation of duties and internal controls for audit readiness, such as SOX, ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting trade-offs and recommendations to executives.
Self-directed, pragmatic and action-oriented, able to work with limited oversight in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
