Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Website & Marketing Coordinator to lead the day-to-day management and optimization of our company website while supporting broader marketing initiatives and team operations. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining and updating website content and landing pages, implementing SEO and emerging AI search optimization best practices, monitoring website analytics, and identifying opportunities to improve user experience, search visibility, and conversions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor, a strong understanding of digital marketing and website performance, and the ability to independently manage website updates and improvements. Working closely with the Marketing team and HubSpot Administrator, this individual will help ensure our website is an effective tool for brand engagement and lead generation while providing coordination support for marketing campaigns, projects, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Website Management & Digital Optimization
  • Own day-to-day website management, maintenance, and updates in WordPress and Elementor.
  • Create, edit, and publish website pages, campaign landing pages, blogs, and resource content in support of marketing and lead generation initiatives.
  • Maintain an accurate, on-brand, responsive website; troubleshoot broken links, layout issues, and other functionality concerns, and complete quality checks before publishing.
  • Apply SEO best practices and support emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) approaches, including content structure, metadata, and internal linking.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to track traffic, engagement, and conversions; recommend improvements to website performance and user experience.
  • Partner with the HubSpot Administrator on website forms, calls to action, integrations, and lead tracking; support the Lead Generation team with landing page and conversion improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors when more advanced technical website support is needed.
  • Marketing Operations & Team Support
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, deadlines, and deliverable schedules.
  • Coordinate campaign and content projects, approvals, assets, and communications across the Marketing team.
  • Provide day-to-day team support, including meeting notes, presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or marketing coordination.
  • Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites and building or updating pages with Elementor.
  • Understanding of SEO, familiarity with GEO and AEO, and experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, website usability, landing page optimization, and lead generation fundamentals.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HubSpot, website forms, and conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with technical SEO, accessibility, or website performance optimization.
  • Experience with project management and creative tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or healthcare technology marketing.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Website content, landing pages, and updates are accurate, on-brand, functional, and delivered on time.
  • Website performance and search visibility are monitored, with actionable improvements to engagement and conversions. • Forms, calls to action, and lead tracking work effectively through close collaboration with the HubSpot Administrator and Lead Generation team.
  • Marketing projects, materials, and event support are organized, timely, and clearly communicated.
