Why We Have This Role

We are seeking an operational, detail-oriented Partner Marketing Programs Lead to join our Global Partner Marketing team. This is a key, highly collaborative role responsible for supporting global partner marketing operations, system administration, and program tracking that empower our global ecosystem.

This role serves as the backbone of our partner marketing function, ensuring seamless program administration across various programs and systems. Your primary goal is to maintain operational excellence, keep global partner programs running smoothly, and deliver reliable data insights.

Things You’ll Do

Key responsibilities require an organized approach and detailed execution, including, but not limited to:

MDF Program Administration: Manage day-to-day administration for our Market Development Funds (MDF) program, including systems management, request workflows, compliance, fund allocation, and performance reporting.

Sponsorship Management: Assist with global program sponsorship administration, including sponsor operations, asset fulfillment, and coordination for our annual flagship customer conference, XM Conference.

Customer Value Stories Management: Own the administration of our Customer Value Stories partner program. Manage the full intake process, tracking both internal and external success stories from initial submission through review and final approval.

Partner Communications Administration: Manage global partner communication processes and logistics, including administrative execution for the quarterly partner newsletter, coordinating partner webinar logistics, and maintaining the global partner communications calendar and planning cadence.

Partner Marketing Central Management: Maintain, update, and audit Partner Marketing Central to ensure partners and internal teams have instant access to up-to-date marketing collateral, pitch decks, and marketing enablement tools.

The company Survey Administration: Build, maintain, and analyze results from partner marketing-related the company surveys, including sponsorship feedback forms, the partner marketing intake form, and MDF request/claim forms.

Reporting & Analytics Support: Assist in gathering marketing data to support weekly team operational updates, Pipeline Council reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Global Flexibility: Comfortable balancing a global schedule, including making time for occasional APJ calls in the evening and EMEA calls in the morning.

Data-Driven & Organized: Proficiently utilize our CRM, Highspot, PRM, MarTech tools and reporting platforms to maintain clean data and ensure operational rigor.

Articulate Communicator: Clear, articulate, and thoughtful communicator who builds trust across internal global teams and external partner stakeholders.

Operational Excellence: Highly structured and adept at managing multiple administrative workflows, intake processes, and schedules simultaneously with precision.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in partner marketing, marketing operations, partner operations, or project management in a B2B environment.
  • Direct experience supporting or administering partner programs, such as MDF management, partner portals, or enablement platforms.
  • Experience with marketing intake systems, survey software (preferably the company), and enablement tools (e.g., PRM, Highspot).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience compiling reporting inputs using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Google Slides.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel communications (e.g., newsletters, webinars, content calendars).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support global calls (morning EMEA / evening APJ) and willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a global B2B SaaS software environment.
  • Background in supporting large-scale 1st-party event sponsorships.
  • Experience working directly with partner ecosystems.
