What you'll be working on:

Own positioning, messaging and value propositions across key segments and use cases, including turning AI-powered features into clear customer benefits

Lead GTM strategy for major launches and strategic initiatives, from early planning through adoption (audiences, differentiation, launch plans, success measures)

Conduct customer research, win/loss, competitive analysis and segmentation, and turn insights into actionable recommendations

Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to improve activation, adoption, conversion, retention and expansion, using data to measure impact

Build sales narratives, battlecards, customer stories and enablement materials, and bring Sales feedback back to Product and Marketing

Represent the voice of the market in product discussions and help evaluate market opportunities and areas of investment

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B software, productivity tools or document technology
  • Proven ownership of positioning, messaging and GTM strategy, including bringing new products or major capabilities to market
  • Strong grasp of SaaS customer journeys (acquisition through expansion)
  • Strong customer research, market analysis and competitive intelligence skills, plus commercial judgment and comfort with data
  • Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Growth and other cross-functional teams
  • Able to work independently in a distributed, international organization
  • Language: excellent written and verbal English
