Description

The company runs a restaurant booking platform used by millions of diners, with over 70,000 restaurant partners and more than 25 years of experience.

It is part of a publicly listed parent company on NASDAQ and sits within a global group of metasearch brands.

This senior role leads upper-funnel brand media to grow the company's reach in international markets.

You will have room to test ideas and work hands-on, combining startup speed with the resources of a large global business.

Hospitality shapes the company's culture, and every employee can have a real effect on the work.

The International Growth practice is still expanding, so the scope of the role may grow over time.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, channel selection and budget for upper-funnel activity in key international markets, covering OOH, CTV and digital video.
  • Take end-to-end ownership, from building investment cases and managing agency relationships to designing lift studies and running campaigns hands-on.
  • Connect brand media with performance, CRM, organic and social channels so diners get a joined-up journey and returns improve.
  • Set up measurement beyond last-click attribution using lift studies, brand tracking and econometrics to judge and improve international spend.
  • Bring media agencies, regional market leads, performance marketers, creative partners and adtech engineers into one shared direction.
  • Work with creative and engineering teams to build campaign infrastructure and test how AI-powered tools could speed up work across markets.
  • Turn media and growth insights into clear strategies, business cases and roadmaps that help senior leaders decide.
  • Spot opportunities, test ideas quickly, learn from results and scale what works.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in integrated, brand or growth marketing, ideally in-house at a consumer tech brand or fast-growing international business.
  • Hands-on experience planning and running upper-funnel campaigns across OOH, CTV, linear TV or digital video, and measuring their incremental impact.
  • An understanding of how brand, paid digital, CRM, content and product growth work together, and comfort moving between the big picture and the detail.
  • An owner's mindset, with the initiative to act on opportunities or improvements without waiting to be asked.
  • Experience scaling campaigns across several countries or regions and working with teams across different markets, cultures and time zones.
  • A genuine interest in restaurants, hospitality and dining culture.

Conditions

Hybrid working, with an expectation of 2 days a week in the office.

Work from almost anywhere for up to 20 days per year.

The schedule covers a global workforce across multiple time zones, so you may sometimes need to handle calls, Slack messages or emails outside regular hours, with local laws always respected.

Reasonable adjustments are available during the application, interview and on the job, and can be requested through your recruiter.

The company welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is committed to an inclusive workplace.

Benefits

  • 5 weeks of paid vacation.
  • Private health and dental insurance.
  • Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth and a company-paid Headspace subscription.
  • An annual company-wide week off, when the whole team recharges.
  • Paid parental leave and a day off for your birthday.
  • Paid volunteer time.
  • Development Dollars, leadership development and access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings.
  • Travel discounts and employee resource groups.
  • Income protection and life assurance.
  • Employee Assistance Program, including 24/7 GP access and free legal advice.
  • Pension plan contributions.
  • Discounted gym membership, Bike2Work and a season ticket loan.
  • Social events and Thursday happy hours.
  • Free lunch 2 days a week.
