Description

The company is a global professional services firm for real estate, infrastructure, and energy and natural resources, with more than 22,000 people in over 60 countries. Its capabilities include program, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain, net zero, and digital solutions.

The company is majority-owned by CBRE Group, Inc., and works with CBRE on program, project, and cost management for clients worldwide.

The United States is a high-growth market for the company. The goal is to become the leading asset advisory and capital programs provider across real estate, infrastructure, and energy and natural resources. This role sits within a multi-disciplinary marketing and proposal development function that builds the brand and helps client-facing professionals win new work and grow existing accounts.

You will work closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing staff to turn complex ideas into clear stories that present the firm as a trusted advisor and industry leader. You will shape and communicate the firm's view on market trends, client challenges, and industry opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who works well with others and has supported senior stakeholders in a professional services setting. You will be as comfortable interviewing technical experts and drafting keynote speeches as you are building executive decks and refining value propositions for clients and prospects.

  • Support marketing and lead generation campaigns with strong positioning and content.
  • Keep messaging consistent across marketing, communications, and pursuit materials.
  • Build good working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Run interviews and workshops to surface insights and develop content.

  • Juggle several priorities and deadlines without lowering quality.
  • Act as the center of excellence for storytelling and thought leadership content.

Requirements
