Responsibilities
Lead the Growth Marketing function through a major transformation, strengthening the sales-led motion that drives the business today while scaling digital-first experiences that pair self-directed journeys with human help where it adds value.
Own the growth strategy and its commercial delivery, turning company and Marketing priorities into an integrated plan across acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle marketing. Share responsibility for bookings and revenue, set clear performance expectations, and tie leading indicators to financial results.
Grow qualified demand and pipeline through integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, paid media, organic discovery, field programs, and nurture. Work closely with Revenue to improve audience quality, routing, handoffs, and conversion across the buying journey.
Apply digital and product-led growth principles to widen reach, remove friction, and improve acquisition efficiency. With Product and the Acquisition Engine team, design digital-first hybrid journeys across multiple offerings and routes to purchase.
Build programs that move prospects toward purchase and help customers find and adopt additional offerings. Combine segmentation, behavioral signals, messaging, and channel activation into relevant journeys with Product Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Customer Success.
Allocate Growth Marketing budgets, talent, and agency resources against business priorities. Assess channel performance, customer quality, and acquisition economics, and make deliberate trade-offs between short-term returns and long-term growth capacity. With Brand and Communications, connect demand creation and demand capture using measures suited to each.
Set up a practical approach to funnel diagnosis, experimentation, forecasting, and performance reviews. Make decisions on the best available evidence, improve instrumentation, reporting, and attribution, and explain clearly what the data shows, where uncertainty remains, and what you recommend.
Identify the data, technology, workflow, and customer-experience changes needed to unlock growth. With GTM Effectiveness and Marketing Operations, turn them into a sequenced plan while the team keeps delivering in the current environment.
Build the Growth organization with the CMO: shape its structure, recruit leaders and specialists, develop current talent, and define accountability. Set up operating practices that improve execution and reduce reliance on individual heroics. Lead directly where needed while building management depth.
Evaluate and apply emerging approaches in search and answer-engine discovery, personalization, automation, and AI, prioritizing those that improve customer experience, learning, productivity, or commercial performance.
