The company makes a listings platform that helps real estate agents search, collaborate, and close deals faster. It combines market research with client collaboration, and it uses AI features and mobile tools built around how agents work day to day.
The platform's architecture supports frequent releases at a pace legacy systems cannot match.
Backed by Lux Capital and Founders Fund and partnered with several of the country's leading MLSs, the company is the first major new listings platform in decades. It is aiming at the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate industry.
Responsibilities
Set positioning and messaging for each product area, including Search, Add/Edit, Client Collaboration, Reports and Analytics, Admin, and Mobile, and keep the messaging source of truth current.
Plan and run the launch cadence for each release: the brief, asset checklist, timeline, and go-live, tracking and following up on inputs from Product and Customer Success.
Produce launch assets: release messaging, help center articles and updates, Intercom macros for support, MLS staff enablement briefs, member emails, What's New entries, and in-app messages.
Translate technical capabilities into what an agent, an MLS admin, or an MLS CEO can now do, using their language.
Keep product pages, one-pagers, and demo-deck sections up to date as the product changes.
Because every release goes to all customers at once, launches happen continuously. Each one needs accurate messaging for MLS operators, useful messaging for agents, and assets that drive adoption. You will grow into owning this process from roadmap discussions with Product through go-live and the post-launch adoption review.
Plan the member-facing communications for each MLS move to the company, from announcement through the parallel period, training cohorts, cutover, and the months after. The move typically takes several months. Work with the MLS and the Customer Success and implementation team, then apply what you learn to the next move.
Build campaigns that drive adoption: announcement and reminder emails, newsletter sections, training invitations, town hall materials, FAQs and support Q&A, and creative campaigns.
Work directly with MLS leadership and staff, and with Customer Success and implementation, to run launches as one team.
Track adoption across launches and feed the findings into the next one.
Work with Customer Success to gather testimonials and case studies for Sales and marketing materials.
Build and maintain AI skills and templates so recurring work starts from a system instead of a blank page. Extend the team's shared library of skills, knowledge, and workflows.
Run the launch calendar, cross-functional inputs, and post-launch reviews as a repeatable process, and refine it after each launch.
Use AI in your own work for competitive scans, customer transcript review, first drafts, and checks against the house voice.
Requirements
Three or more years of professional experience in product marketing, lifecycle or customer marketing, content marketing, or a similar role at a B2B software company, where you owned launches, campaigns, or a content program from start to finish.
Clear writing, with samples to show it.
Structure for cross-functional work: you build the plan, keep the checklist, chase inputs, and hit dates, often across several projects at once.
Interest in how real estate agents, brokers, and MLSs work, and the ability to learn a technical product quickly.
Ability to work well with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design, and to keep people informed without being asked.
Daily use of AI tools, and at least one recurring task turned into a system that other people rely on.
Ability to take a project from idea through execution and iteration with little oversight.
Willingness to seek feedback and act on it.
Willingness to travel.
Eagerness to learn and apply AI as a core part of the role.
Plus: real estate or proptech experience.
