Description

The company makes a listings platform for residential real estate agents that brings market research and client collaboration into one place.

Its modern architecture supports AI-powered features and mobile-first tools built around how agents work day to day.

The company is backed by Lux Capital and Founders Fund and has strategic partnerships with some of the country's top Multiple Listing Services (MLSs).

It is the first major new platform to enter listings technology in decades, aimed at the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Run delivery across the highest-priority initiatives, keeping integrated plans defined, current, and on track.
  • Coordinate dependencies between initiatives, including sequencing, shared resources, and handoffs among Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Go-To-Market.
  • Set up consistent reporting and operating cadence that gives executives clear, ready-to-use views of portfolio health, risks, trade-offs, and mitigations.
  • Work directly with executive leadership to turn strategy into staged plans and raise key decisions early.
  • Set best practices for planning, risk management, and delivery discipline without slowing the team down.

Requirements

  • This is a strategic execution role for a proven program leader who does well in complex, high-accountability settings.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, QA, Customer Success, Implementation, and executive leadership to keep delivery predictable on critical initiatives, including core infrastructure and MLS-specific deliverables.
  • Bring structure to a fast-moving portfolio, flag risks early, and keep cross-functional teams clear and aligned.
  • A strong fit if you have led multi-stream SaaS initiatives, managed deep technical dependencies, and built execution systems that grow with the organization.
  • 6+ years in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles in complex SaaS organizations.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with major technical dependencies and executive visibility.
  • Technical fluency to engage engineers on architecture, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
  • A track record of operating in fast-paced, high-accountability settings, favoring outcomes over process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
  • A strategic outlook paired with hands-on execution: able to step back to see portfolio risk and into the details to unblock delivery.
  • Take ownership of outcomes and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Spot patterns across teams and anticipate second-order effects early.
  • Influence through trust and alignment rather than hierarchy.
  • Bring discipline and visibility without adding unnecessary process.
  • Stay focused and composed when timelines are tight and stakes are high.
