Description

The company builds a control tower for capital projects. It connects schedules, field progress and execution data across owners, general contractors, trades, equipment suppliers, lenders and commissioning teams, forecasts where delivery is heading, and helps teams act before a delay causes a missed date.

AI data center projects depend on physical builds, and each party often works from its own schedule and spreadsheets, so problems tend to surface late. A month of delay on an AI data center can cost tens of millions in lost revenue.

On one 15-project portfolio, the product found a project 245 days behind, cut reporting overhead by 90% and helped prevent more than $100M in lost revenue.

The company has worked with owners and contractors since 2018 and counts Crusoe, Applied Digital and EdgeConneX among its customers. It raised a $25M Series A led by Macquarie Capital and is headquartered in New York.

This is the company's first dedicated product marketing role. The product already has paying customers, real data and proven results, and the platform is being expanded to reach more customers and markets, while the product and commercial story are being reworked at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first dedicated product marketing leader and will set how the market understands the product and why it matters.
  • This is a senior, hands-on role. You will write the positioning yourself, along with the sales deck, launch materials, competitive analysis, demos, website narrative and customer proof. You will set the standard for product marketing and grow the function over time.
  • You will work directly with the co-founders, the Head of Product, Sales, Customer Success and the delivery experts closest to customers.
  • You will own the recommendation on positioning, messaging and segmentation, and co-own pricing and packaging decisions with Product and company leadership.
  • Own product marketing from launch strategy through customer adoption, for existing and new products.
  • Equip Sales with narratives, demos, materials and competitive context.
  • Define positioning and messaging across products, audiences and use cases.
  • Refine the ICP, segmentation and buyer understanding through customer, market and win/loss research.
  • Build market and competitive intelligence to inform product and commercial strategy.
  • Turn case studies, references, outcomes and value stories into customer proof.
  • Shape pricing and packaging with Product, Sales and company leadership.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years in product marketing, product strategy or a similar role in complex B2B, enterprise or technical software.
  • Have been the first or an early product marketer at a scaling company, building the function from scratch.
  • Have built product marketing that measurably improved how a commercial team sells, and think commercially about win rates, sales cycles, pricing and retention.
  • Are excellent at positioning and can make complex products and markets easy to understand.
  • Are strong at research and can turn messy customer and market signals into clear strategic choices.
  • Are highly hands-on and prefer building to coordinating, without needing a large team or agency to make progress.
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can decide what needs doing without waiting for a brief.
  • Bonus: experience in construction technology, infrastructure, data centers, energy, industrial software or another category where technical products meet services and the physical world.
  • Bonus: experience marketing a product that was redefining a category rather than competing in a mature software market.
  • Bonus: experience with pricing, packaging or value-based selling for high-ACV enterprise software.
  • The bonus items are not required. Apply if the core of the role appeals to you.

Conditions

Total compensation is $230,000-300,000+, depending on experience, level and location.

The role is US-based. New York is preferred. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

Foresight is an equal opportunity employer.

Benefits

  • Health, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) and PTO.
  • You work on real stakes with real customers. Owners and contractors are building now, on deadlines measured in revenue per day.
  • You get first product marketer scope on a product with paying customers, real data and proven outcomes to tell.
  • You help define a new category: agentic software for physical infrastructure. The story you tell will become the standard.
  • You join a small, senior, flat team with little process. The team debates openly, decides quickly and ships.
