Description

The company is an AI-powered communications platform used by 24,000+ businesses worldwide, helping teams win customers through conversations.

It brings voice, SMS and WhatsApp together with 250+ integrations in one workspace, so customer conversations can drive revenue, resolve issues faster and build trust.

Voice agents powered by AI handle routine calls while staff lead the conversations that matter most.

The company has 600+ people from 40+ nationalities, with offices in Paris, London, Madrid, Berlin, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Sydney and Mexico City.

This is a technical, cross-functional role working day to day with Product, Tech Partnerships and go-to-market teams.

You will explain the value customers get when the platform runs inside HubSpot, Salesforce and the other integrations, and you will own the positioning, the launches and the proof behind them.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering on how the integrations function, from the data model to call context and sync behaviour, and translate that into a clear reason customers should care.

Responsibilities

  • Set the positioning, messaging and value propositions for the strategic integrations, starting with HubSpot and Salesforce and then Shopify, Monday, Pipedrive, Zoho and others.
  • Plan and run the narrative, launch plan, enablement and go-to-market work on the company side for HubSpot and Salesforce launches and major updates.
  • Lead go-to-market for AI actions, such as booking a meeting or checking an order, across the integrations, with messaging organised by use case and industry.
  • Plan, write and produce campaigns that pair an integration with a vertical to promote voice agents, such as ecommerce with Shopify, and work with regional and marketing teams to deliver them.
  • Own the marketplace listing for your integrations, including the positioning, copy and assets customers see before they connect.
  • Create enablement for the go-to-market team, including product overviews, demos, one-pagers and objection handling for the strategic integrations.
  • Speak with customers and prospects, join go-to-market calls, review call recordings and win-loss data, read the documentation and use the integrations yourself.
  • Monitor how leading competitors position and deliver their integration experience, then turn that into battle cards and objection handling the team trusts and share it with product and planning.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing experience, with real depth on a technical B2B SaaS product and an understanding of how an integration works, not only what it does.
  • Have direct experience in the Salesforce or HubSpot ecosystem, either marketing or launching an integration with one of them or doing product marketing within one, and know how customers buy, deploy and administer them.
  • Have owned a metric tracking how many customers switched on a capability and kept using it, showing you can drive product usage beyond launches.
  • Have run product launches end to end, including deciding whether to ship or hold, and worked with stakeholders at every level of seniority.
  • Write strong positioning and messaging built on market intelligence, competitor analysis and win-loss data, and recognise the difference between a feature comparison and a structural advantage.
  • Build repeatable AI workflows rather than one-off prompts, and know when to trust, challenge or override the output, aiming for better work rather than more AI activity.
  • Think strategically but work hands-on, writing, building and shipping the work yourself, and align Product, Sales and regional marketing without owning every decision.

Conditions

The base salary range is $156,000 - $172,000 USD.

The company is committed to equal opportunity regardless of origin, identity, background or orientation, and AI tools may help review applications while people make all final hiring decisions.

Benefits

  • Join at a key point in the company's growth, with real opportunities ahead.
  • Work-life balance is taken seriously.
  • Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment with a strong team spirit.
  • Work alongside colleagues from 45+ nationalities in a multicultural setting.
  • Receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
