Description

The company makes CCH Integrator, tax technology used by tax and finance teams. This role sits between presales and delivery, so you help shape client solutions before the sale and then deliver the implementation.

The role calls for deep conceptual and hands-on knowledge of CCH Integrator and its modules, along with strong consulting and stakeholder skills. You will help tax and finance teams get value through technology adoption and process change.

Responsibilities

  • Presales
  • Run tax-focused discovery sessions across CCH Integrator modules.
  • Sketch the high-level solution architecture, covering environments, data ingestion and integration points.
  • Build tailored product demos and write RFX responses and services proposals.
  • Make the case for CCH Integrator against manual processes and incumbent tools, and address objections.
  • Support proposals with solution overviews, scope assumptions and non-functional inputs.
  • Keep opportunities on a regular review cadence and maintain clear handover criteria from presales to delivery.
  • Services Delivery
  • Build implementation plans and milestones that fit PMO governance.
  • Configure CCH Integrator modules, entity structures, roles and permissions.
  • Run enablement sessions for end users and administrators.
  • Support go-live, including cutover and fixing defects during hypercare.
  • Handle post go-live support: answer questions, troubleshoot, and drive issues to resolution or escalate them to the right teams. Help the support team through peak periods.
  • Support change management so customers adopt CCH technology successfully.

Requirements

  • A degree in accounting, finance, information systems or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and general ledger systems and data integration concepts.
  • Knowledge of CCH Integrator modules such as Corporate Tax, CbCR, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax and BEPS P2.
  • Solid grasp of tax data models, entity structures and group hierarchies.
  • Understanding of environment strategies (production and non-production) and multi-jurisdiction setups.
  • Ability to plan for performance and scale with large groups and high data volumes.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics, including dashboards, audit packs and export formats.
  • Knowledge of implementation patterns and deployment prerequisites.
  • Project delivery experience in Agile or hybrid methods.
  • Ability to lead discovery and map stakeholders across tax and finance.
  • Strong value engineering skills, including TCO and ROI modelling and cycle-time impact.
  • Good demo design and storytelling, plus skill at handling objections and positioning against competitors.
  • Clear, confident communication with executives such as CFOs and heads of tax.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and aligning tax, finance, IT and audit stakeholders.
  • Experience with change management and adoption planning.
  • Certifications in change management or tax technology are a plus.
  • You translate complex tax requirements into scalable technical solutions, and you are a detail-oriented analyst.
  • You engage stakeholders and shape solutions around business outcomes.
  • You adapt well and collaborate across presales and delivery in fast-changing settings.
  • English speaking. You explain difficult or sensitive information clearly and build consensus.
  • You work independently with minimal guidance, may lead projects, and solve complex problems by weighing multiple sources of information.
  • Some candidates may be asked to attend an onsite interview at a the company office.
  • Interviews must be completed without AI tools or outside prompts, and virtual backgrounds must be removed. Use of AI-generated answers or third-party help during interviews will disqualify you.
