Solutions Architect

Description

This is a Solutions Architect role focused on AI. You will design and lead AI solutions for clients, combining hands-on technical work with consulting. You will turn business problems into scalable, AI-driven architectures and work with client stakeholders, delivery teams and leadership across a range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Work with client stakeholders to pin down business goals and spot where AI or ML could help.
• Advise clients on AI strategy, roadmaps and best practices.
• Run workshops, discovery sessions and solution envisioning engagements.
• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures covering data pipelines, model development, deployment and monitoring.
• Specify secure, scalable, high-performing solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Assess and recommend tools, frameworks and platforms for AI work such as LLMs, NLP and computer vision.
• Provide technical leadership for AI initiatives from concept through production, working with data scientists, engineers and developers.
• Set up AgenticOps practices, including CI/CD for models, model versioning and lifecycle management.
• Support sales with solutioning, proposals and client presentations.
• Build reusable assets, accelerators and AI solution offerings.
• Contribute to thought leadership, whitepapers and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure responsible AI practices covering ethics, bias mitigation and compliance.
• Define architecture standards, design patterns and governance frameworks.
• Keep up with emerging AI trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in technology consulting, software architecture or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Experience with API design, microservices and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with frontier AI models as well as local and open source models.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and their AI/ML services.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Experience designing data architectures and working with large-scale data platforms.
• Preferred: familiarity with LangChain, vector databases and prompt engineering techniques.
• Preferred: knowledge of data engineering tools such as Spark, Kafka, Databricks and Snowflake.
• Preferred: AI/ML or cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning or Azure AI Engineer.
• Preferred: experience with legacy systems and architectures, including SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in terms of business value.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to adjust quickly in client-facing settings.

Conditions

Onsite work at a client location or company office when requested.

Remote work is allowed when it suits both company and client needs.
