Description

The company runs an AI platform for market intelligence and workflow automation, used by thousands of large organizations in business and finance. It draws on over 500 million premium business documents, including equity research, earnings calls, expert interviews, filings, news, and internal proprietary content.

The global Enterprise Solutions Engineering team handles the technical side of Enterprise Suite deals, from evaluation through implementation and ongoing account support. The Enterprise Suite includes connectors, an API, and MCP. Last year the team confirmed product-market fit for the Enterprise Suite and Internal Content & Connectors, and moved the first wave of enterprise customers from signed contract to implementation.

This role owns the technical relationship with clients adopting the Enterprise Suite. You will work with client technology and business teams from the first discovery call through trial, implementation, and launch, alongside Account Management. You will help clients decide what to build, get it live, and grow their usage. Strong technical skills help you win client engineers' trust and resolve problems fast.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery with client engineering, data, and business leaders, mapping each client's architecture and authentication needs and defining use cases for the Enterprise Suite.
  • Carry technical ownership at every account stage, working with Account Executives on new deals, Implementation on active rollouts, and Account Managers on existing accounts.
  • Run proofs of concept and trials that show how the Enterprise Suite fits each client's workflows, and work with Sales to turn evaluations into closed deals.
  • Guide clients from signed contract to production, including GraphQL request authentication, cloud deployment, and SSO and SCIM provisioning setup.
  • Act as technical owner for a portfolio of accounts, growing Enterprise Suite adoption and usage as clients expand from one team to the whole organization.
  • Resolve technical escalations such as authentication errors and credential or license issues by testing API requests and reviewing logs. Turn field patterns into structured feedback for Engineering and Product.
  • Build scripts and internal tools that help Support and Implementation handle client requests more efficiently, such as permission changes and content ingestion.

Requirements

  • Required: at least 5 years in a client-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering, with large enterprise clients.
  • Ask open-ended, insightful questions during discovery before recommending a solution.
  • Explain technical details in terms that business stakeholders value.
  • Show hands-on engineering experience, such as working as a software engineer or on projects where you wrote and debugged code.
  • Understand REST or GraphQL APIs, identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SCIM, and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
  • Work well in ambiguous, high-growth settings, deliver for clients, and solve new problems independently while playbooks and enablement are still being built.
  • Degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Experience with MCP, LLM-based workflows, or AI agents.
  • Strongly preferred: experience selling to or working as an analyst in Banking, Asset Management, Private Markets, or corporate and consulting teams in complex enterprise settings.

Conditions

Team: Enterprise Solutions Engineering.

Reports to the Director, Application Specialist Team.

Base pay range: $156,000 - $180,000 USD. Ranges are set by function and level, benchmarked against similar growth-stage companies and internal peers, and shared on all postings. Final offers depend on factors such as candidate experience and may fall outside this range.
