Description

The company is an AI platform for market intelligence and workflow automation, used by thousands of organizations in business and finance to make faster decisions. Its content library holds more than 500 million premium business documents, including equity research, earnings calls, expert interviews, filings, news, and internal proprietary material.

The Financial Data team builds the data foundation behind the market intelligence platform. The team sources, integrates, and surfaces structured datasets so clients can find and act on insights in new ways, delivering that data into their most important workflows.

This is a Product Manager role owning how financial data is surfaced through search and agentic features across the platform. You will work where the financial datasets meet the systems that make them findable, screenable, and usable by end users and AI agents. The job covers how financial content is structured, indexed, and ranked so it can be reliably retrieved through search, screening, and agent workflows, and shaping the product experience so the data is trusted by analysts and AI-driven research alike.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to set requirements, write PRDs, and lead feature development.

Responsibilities

  • Set and carry out short- and mid-term roadmaps for how financial data reaches users through search, screening, and agentic tools, in line with business goals and client needs.
  • Help shape the long-term Financial Data vision by learning who the clients are, such as analysts, bankers, and corporate development professionals, and how they search and screen financial content, directly and through AI agents.
  • Keep finding gaps in searchability, screening logic, and content structure, and rank the fixes, including how data is tagged, indexed, and ranked.
  • Write and rank PRDs based on customer research and client feedback, focused on search relevance, screening features, and how well agentic systems can retrieve financial content.
  • Work with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to launch new search, screening, and agentic features and drive adoption.
  • Partner with data platform and AI/ML teams to define how financial content is structured and exposed so search systems and agentic tools can use it well.
  • Own the full lifecycle of new search, screening, and agentic capabilities, from idea and user stories through launch and iteration after release.
  • Define QA approaches for search accuracy, screening precision, and the reliability of agentic retrieval over financial content.
  • Work with core data platform teams to keep data delivery, indexing speed, and reliability strong for search, screening, and agentic use.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building SaaS products alongside engineering and scrum teams.
  • Experience with financial data products.
  • Able to explain ideas clearly and persuasively, writing PRDs, roadmaps, and requirements that get stakeholders aligned and work moving.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a complex product backlog and deliver features from start to finish.
  • Strategic, with a discovery mindset and real curiosity about client workflows and pain points, especially for financial analysts, investment bankers, and corporate development or deal teams.
  • Proven record of owning a roadmap and delivery in SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered search or workflow technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required.

Conditions

Base salary range is $111,000 to $139,000 CAD. Final offers depend on factors such as experience and expertise and may fall outside this range.

Equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on any protected basis.

Benefits

  • Eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity.
  • A generous benefits program.
