Description

The company runs an AI-powered marketing platform that automates 465 billion optimizations per second and links brand and performance marketing across the customer journey, mainly through programmatic advertising and other marketing channels.

The team is hiring a Staff Product Manager to take charge of the growing B2B marketing portfolio. You will work with Engineering, Design, Revenue, and Partnerships, keeping stakeholders informed, answering questions from customer-facing teams, and helping sort bugs and regressions as they appear.

This role reports to the Director of Product.

The company is remote first and will consider candidates based anywhere in Canada or the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Own the B2B and ABM portfolio from account discovery through reporting, doing much of the work yourself and much of it with others.
  • Set a short-term and long-term vision for the portfolio and push B2B to become a real competitive advantage for the company.
  • Pay close attention to details so the team consistently builds the features with the most impact.
  • Ship products from start to finish with engineers and designers, working through technical and organizational dependencies.
  • Define a multi-year vision and drive each initiative to completion, building trust with engineering and design partners.

Requirements

  • Extensive product management experience at a digital SaaS company, ideally including launching a new product from zero to one.
  • Hands-on work with B2B marketing or ABM platforms, or a solid understanding of how B2B marketers run account-based programs to build pipeline.
  • Experience connecting with major CRM, marketing automation, and data platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo.
  • Strong technical fluency: you can discuss data pipelines, identity resolution, and measurement and attribution limits with engineers, and explain them to non-technical people.
  • A record of setting multi-year strategy for a product portfolio and turning it into a roadmap, with both a short-term and long-term view of how B2B can differentiate the company.
  • Solid product management craft and theory, backed by practical experience.
  • A strong design sense based on design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics, and the ability to view a guided workflow from a B2B marketer's perspective.
  • Clear, purposeful prioritization. You align stakeholders across Revenue, Partnerships, Data Science, and Product Marketing, focus on the KPIs you are moving, and lead through influence rather than formal authority.
  • You use AI tools in your daily work and know when AI helps B2B customers and when deterministic methods are the better choice.
  • Prior experience with AdTech and programmatic media is preferred.

Conditions

Remote work from Canada or the United States.

Base salary bands: $188,000 - $258,500 CAD for Canada and $168,000 - $231,000 USD for the USA.

The range covers base salary only. Depending on the role, you may also be eligible for annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a full benefits package.

Final offers depend on your experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, and certifications, as well as business needs and budget. Offers are set by your current location, and the company does not ask about or use salary history.

Benefits vary by country of employment and engagement type. Where the company has no legal entity, employment and benefits follow local rules and partner policies.

The company is committed to equal opportunity and welcomes applicants of every background. AI helps screen resumes against the posted criteria, but AI does not make final hiring or interview decisions.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Retirement savings plan (401K or pension, depending on location).
  • Paid time off, including your birthday off.
  • Access to a full mental health care program.
  • Health benefits from your first day.
  • Reimbursement for working from home.
  • Optional WeWork membership, with hubs in London and Toronto.
  • Structured training and onboarding.
  • Support for personal development, such as conferences, courses, and books.
  • Access to the company's programmatic courses and certifications.
  • Parental leave program.
  • A friendly, supportive culture and regular team and social events.
