Description

The company makes a technology platform that helps marketers reach, engage, and convert audiences. The platform runs 465 billion automated optimizations every second and joins brand and performance marketing across the whole customer journey, mostly for programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

The team is hiring a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to shape how the company presents itself to B2B and Retail/Commerce marketers. You will turn business priorities, revenue insights, and market opportunities into integrated campaigns that raise awareness, support Sales, and generate measurable pipeline.

You will act as a link between Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, and Revenue Enablement, organizing complex work and keeping it moving while strengthening the company's position in its priority verticals. You will decide when an existing campaign can be adapted for a vertical audience and when a dedicated program is required.

This is a senior individual contributor role. It suits a well-organized, commercially minded marketer who can switch between strategy and hands-on execution, speak clearly with senior stakeholders, and keep teams aligned.

The company is remote first and hires across Canada. The role sits on the Integrated Marketing team, and vertical work follows the same campaign process as the rest of the team. You will report to the Director, Digital & Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated marketing roadmap for the B2B and Retail/Commerce verticals, tying priorities to business goals, pipeline, market needs, and campaign calendars.
  • Lead vertical strategy for the company's flagship brand campaigns, adapting what is already running before proposing something new.
  • Create dedicated vertical programs where a real gap exists, such as guides, peak-season campaigns, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Run the vertical webinar program end to end: goals, speakers, promotion, follow-up, and production with design, web, and the webinar platform.
  • Turn revenue insights, market trends, customer needs, and performance data into campaign strategies, messaging recommendations, and marketing plans.
  • Work closely with vertical Sales directors and team leads, plus Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Revenue Enablement, and other cross-functional teams, to agree on priorities, ownership, timelines, and expected results.
  • Take campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement, covering project plans, stakeholder updates, performance analysis, and post-campaign recommendations.
  • Build a framework for measuring how vertical marketing contributes, including pipeline influence, campaign engagement, and other relevant indicators.
  • Set targets with vertical Sales and Marketing Ops, agree on how they will be measured, and report progress against them.
  • Present roadmaps, recommendations, performance updates, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Build the company's reputation with retail and commerce marketers while supporting the B2B business and agency relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in integrated marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or vertical marketing.
  • Experience running cross-functional, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through measurement.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to turn revenue goals, pipeline insights, and market opportunities into marketing plans.
  • A record of managing complex, cross-functional campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a history of handling multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Revenue Enablement, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Clear communication and storytelling, including presenting roadmaps and results to senior leaders.
  • Sound strategic judgment and the ability to shape clear narratives for different audiences.
  • Experience planning or supporting webinars, events, forums, or other virtual and in-person programs.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign management, analytics, and project management tools.
  • A collaborative style and the ability to build alignment across teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, retail, commerce, advertising technology, or a related industry is an asset.
