Description

The company runs an AI-powered marketing platform for programmatic advertising and other marketing channels, carrying out 465 billion automated optimizations every second.

The measurement team builds products that show what advertising spend returns, so marketers can trust their approach on the platform and see where to improve.

The team believes objective data on ad spend performance leads to more loyal customers and more media budget flowing through the platform.

You will report to a Director of Product, who also oversees the Reporting, Measurement, and Planning teams.

Day to day, you will work with two other product managers in measurement and a dedicated group of engineers, designers, and QA specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain the roadmap for existing measurement products, such as Foot Traffic Attribution, Account-Based Marketing Measurement, and First-Party Data Attribution.
  • Launch new measurement products from scratch across new verticals and customer journeys.
  • Write product specs that capture user needs and give engineering, design, and QA clear guidance on feature behavior and what success looks like.
  • Track industry trends and market momentum to shape forward-looking product strategy.
  • Own features end to end, from first concept through to a finished release.
  • Handle changing priorities and deliver strong results on your own.
  • Build and launch products meant to deepen customer engagement with the platform.

Requirements

  • A track record of leading complex projects that span several milestones.
  • Work well with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams, adjusting your approach to each.
  • A strong product sense, with the ability to see a feature from the user's side.
  • Clear written communication that turns complicated ideas into shared agreement.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to speed up your work, and the judgment to tell when AI suits a customer better than simpler, predictable methods.
  • Adtech industry experience is preferred but not required.

Conditions

Remote first; open to candidates located anywhere in the US or Canada.

Base salary ranges: Canada $188,000 - $258,500 CAD; USA $168,000 - $231,000 USD. These reflect the posting country and a global rate, informed by market data and the approved budget. Offers are aligned to the candidate's current location.

Final offers depend on experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, and certifications, along with organizational needs and budget.

The range covers base salary only. The role may also be eligible for annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary history is not requested and is not used in setting offers, even if volunteered.

Benefits and perks vary by country and type of engagement. Where the company has no legal entity, employment and benefits follow local rules and partner policies.

The company welcomes applicants of all backgrounds and offers accommodations on request during hiring. AI is used to screen resumes against the posting criteria, but not to make final hiring or interview decisions.
