Description

The company is building a new global Operational Technology (OT) domain and needs a Senior IT Project Manager to support it.

The work covers moving OT applications across, strengthening security and controls, and finishing the remaining IT/OT separation activities.

The company is a Business and IT boutique consultancy focused on Life Sciences, with over 450 employees and 25 offices worldwide, working with pharma, healthcare and animal health firms. Its practice centres on S4HANA, Data and Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the rollout of the new global OT domain and make sure OT application transitions are delivered successfully.
  • Own project budgets, governance, reporting and overall project performance.
  • Drive the remaining IT/OT separation work to close, including all project closure documentation.
  • Work across a matrix of project managers, technical SMEs, third-line support teams and external suppliers.
  • Send regular updates to the central program of works and support it, following the direction of the Global Lead.
  • Help standardize and improve authentication and authorization controls across OT environments.
  • Help make the new OT domain more resilient by reducing reliance on legacy and end-of-life systems.
  • Enable central management of OT user accounts and resources, and coordinate integration with MyAccess IAM.

  • Proven experience managing project budgets and keeping governance and reporting to a robust standard.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in matrix project management environments.
  • A solid grasp of IT infrastructure, OT environments, security controls, and identity and access management.
  • A structured, delivery-focused way of working, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
