Description

Join the company and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!

Why This Role Matters:

We are seeking an outcome-driven Senior Engineering Delivery Manager to help Engineering teams turn priorities into predictable, high-quality delivery. You will coordinate planning and execution across teams, surface dependencies and risks, and build the visibility and shared practices needed to keep complex initiatives moving. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role that combines facilitation, analytical thinking, and disciplined follow-through. Success means clearer commitments, earlier resolution of blockers, stronger release readiness, and continuous improvement in how teams deliver customer value.

Your key responsibilities:

Drive execution and remove impediments: Run focused delivery check-ins, track progress against commitments, and coordinate resolution of cross-team blockers. Establish clear owners and next steps, follow through on actions, and escalate issues with practical options when decisions are needed.

Connect delivery to strategic objectives: Maintain clear visibility into progress against Engineering priorities and measurable outcomes. Partner with owners to validate updates, identify gaps between activity and results, and provide concise reporting that supports timely course correction.

Embed consistent delivery practices: Establish and reinforce lightweight planning, tracking, and review practices that improve coordination without adding unnecessary overhead. Facilitate retrospectives, support adoption of agreed ways of working, and track improvement actions through to completion.

Enable reliable delivery tools and artifacts: Support the workflows, dashboards, delivery plans, dependency maps, and decision logs teams rely on. Maintain clear standards and dependable data, help users resolve process and tooling issues, and keep delivery information current and accessible.

Align Engineering and Product ways of working: Partner with product-side counterparts to connect priorities, planning cadences, and delivery handoffs. Improve shared processes and visibility so teams work from consistent information and resolve coordination gaps before they disrupt delivery.

Use delivery insights to drive improvement: Monitor delivery flow, predictability, quality, and recurring impediments. Validate the underlying data, investigate trends with teams, and turn insights into targeted improvements with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • To be part of the company team, you need a collaborative mindset, a commitment to learning, and the discipline to turn plans into results. We are looking for someone who brings:
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating software delivery across multiple Engineering teams in a complex, fast-paced environment, such as delivery management, technical program management, or Agile delivery leadership.
  • Practical experience facilitating cross-team planning, dependency management, delivery reviews, retrospectives, and release coordination; able to adapt Agile and Lean practices to team needs rather than apply a framework rigidly.
  • A working understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing, release readiness, and operational handoffs, with the ability to engage technical stakeholders and recognize delivery risks.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills; able to build alignment, navigate competing priorities, and influence action without relying on direct authority.
  • Clear, proactive written and verbal communication in English, including concise leadership updates, explicit ownership, and timely escalation of risks, blockers, and decisions.
  • An analytical mindset and experience using delivery metrics and outcome measures to identify trends, validate progress, and guide improvements rather than simply report activity.
  • Hands-on experience with work-management and collaboration tools, reporting dashboards, and shared documentation; able to support consistent workflows, reliable data, and useful delivery artifacts.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to tracking commitments, maintaining records, managing dependencies, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and change, with a proactive, curious approach to simplifying processes, resolving friction, and sustaining improvements.

And your talent will further help brands - such as Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat - accelerate their digital transformation through our fully programmable-based unified communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs.
