Senior IT Project Manager – OT Infrastructure

The company is seeking a senior IT project manager to help roll out a new global Operational Technology (OT) domain, oversee the move of OT applications, and lead key IT/OT separation work.

The role supports a global infrastructure overhaul aimed at tighter security, greater resilience, and consistent access management across OT environments.

The company is a Business and IT consultancy focused on life sciences, serving pharma, healthcare, and animal health clients. It has over 450 employees and 25 offices worldwide, with a focus on S4HANA, Data and Cloud work.

Feedback is given continuously and in real time at every level of the team.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver the new global OT domain, including moving OT applications and related activities.
• Own project budgets, governance, reporting, and oversight of delivery.
• Finish the IT/OT separation activities already underway, including all project closure documents.
• Work across a matrix setup with other project managers, technical SMEs, third-line support, and external suppliers.
• Send coordinated updates to the central program of works and support it under the Global Lead.
• Help strengthen and standardize authentication and authorization controls in OT environments.
• Support the move away from legacy and end-of-life (EOL) systems to make the new OT domain more resilient.
• Enable central management of OT user accounts and resources, including coordinating the integration with MyAccess IAM.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure.
• A track record of managing project budgets and meeting governance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including explaining complex technical topics to non-technical people.
• Experience in matrix project environments with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, OT environments, security controls, and identity and access management.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• A structured, delivery-focused way of working that handles competing priorities and timelines.
