This role supports the electrical distribution design process and works alongside the Project Manager on QA/QC and training.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management methods to plan and organize electrical distribution design work.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate assigned projects so they meet their goals on schedule and within budget.
• Take part in QA/QC and training activities together with the Project Manager.
• Manage changing circumstances on projects and know who to contact when questions come up.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of the two.
• Experience coordinating field operations, QA/QC, training, and design processes.
• Experience with GE Smallworld, SAP, or similar utility design and work management systems is preferred.
• Strong customer interaction skills and clear communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on a team and independently with minimal supervision, staying self-motivated.
• Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate the needs of internal and external customers.
• Understanding of how the business operates.

Conditions

About 25% fieldwork and 75% office-based work.

Field assignments are generally within your local area, with minimal overnight travel; occasional overnight stays may be required.

On non-field days, your work location (company office or home office) depends on where you are based.

The expected base salary is $30 - $42 USD, based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location, and actual pay depends on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
