  • Take a lead role in working with the client and other consultants at every project stage.
  • If applicable, manage staff.
  • Capture key information and lessons from each project in the company's internal database.
  • Invoice clients promptly and use the FMS system to track each project's financial status.
  • Find and act on ways to improve internal systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in data centre design and development, data centre management, data centre construction, construction engineering and tenant liaison or coordination.
  • Experience in construction consultancy is strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of project management experience, ideally within digital or data centre environments.
  • Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering or architecture.
  • A thorough grasp of the full project lifecycle, from conception through operational stages to completion and post-project review.
  • Excellent knowledge of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
  • Design, management or construction experience in general construction, ideally residential, office, fit-out, health or education projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
