Solid channel knowledge of email, print and digital messaging, including the implementation processes and controls each one needs.
Meticulous attention to detail when proofing specifications, proofs, test outputs and live communications, catching discrepancies before customers see them.

Strong project management skills for juggling several projects, delivery runways, dependencies and deadlines at once in a fast-moving setting.
Clear communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and third parties, manage expectations and keep accountability clear.
An understanding of the regulatory environment and the discipline to follow governance, controls, approvals and audit trails.
A continuous-improvement mindset, with curiosity about processes and systems and an eye for ways to simplify delivery, boost efficiency and cut risk.
Critical thinking to investigate delivery issues, judge their impact, escalate properly and work toward controlled fixes.
A collaborative approach within multidisciplinary squads, building trust across content, delivery, risk, technology and supplier teams.
Proficiency with Gen AI tools for communications delivery and operations, using them to improve output quality and efficiency.
Experience building personal AI workflows for everyday efficiency, such as drafting specifications, summarising test results or finding process gaps.
An agentic approach that breaks complex, multi-step problems into manageable parts and finds clear routes forward.
The ability to critically assess AI output and apply human judgement, which matters in regulated financial services where accuracy and compliance are essential.
Conditions
Hybrid working.
Works with a high degree of independence, handling several delivery runways at once and making sound decisions under time pressure.
Candidate evaluation and selection involve no AI-supported screening or decision-making; AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not replace human judgement.
