You will be the main creative lead for newsletters, eCommerce promotional assets and in-store digital screens. You will work with the Senior Digital Designer, the HTML Developer, the Studio Manager and marketing stakeholders, turning briefs into visuals that follow brand rules, convert, and show measurable results at every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Build newsletters from first concept to send, making sure they look strong and adapt to phones.
  • Shape newsletter layouts and templates that lift engagement and conversions while staying on brand.
  • Produce eye-catching banners and promotional graphics for site pages, product pages and digital campaigns.
  • Create in-store screen content, including promotions, product features and seasonal campaigns.
  • Resize and reformat assets for newsletters, web banners and vertical or horizontal screens.
  • Work with copywriters so the text and visuals fit together.
  • Check that every design follows brand guidelines, colour consistency and clear visual hierarchy on all channels.

  • Keep design files organised with clear version control for the team.
  • Follow design trends, UX practice and platform rules.
  • Join design reviews and act on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Suggest design ideas that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Work with the HTML developer so email designs build correctly.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of professional digital design experience, with a portfolio showing newsletter, eCommerce or retail work.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI tools and design automation to speed up work across formats.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma) and hands-on with email design tools.
  • Understanding of responsive design and adapting layouts to different screen sizes and formats.
  • Proven experience designing eCommerce assets such as promotional banners, product layouts and conversion-focused visuals.
  • Good grasp of email best practice: mobile-first design, rendering across clients and accessibility.
  • Strong skills in visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory and composition.
  • Meticulous, with pixel-perfect output and full brand compliance.
  • Able to juggle several projects at once and hit tight deadlines.
  • Clear communicator who can explain design choices to cross-functional teams.
  • Keeps up with design trends, platform updates and new best practice on their own initiative.
  • Fluent written and spoken French.
  • A plus: knowledge of Flemish/Dutch.
  • Works well in creative teams and with people across different roles.
  • Portfolio or examples showing quality and range across multiple formats.
