Traffic & Project Manager (Flemish & French)

Since 2004, the company has designed, built and run bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands, working with more than 300 clients in over 40 countries.

It belongs to The Brandtech Group and uses AI tools to make creative work more efficient and to support better decisions.

This role keeps a high-volume in-house studio running by taking work from brief to delivery and keeping priorities, timelines and partners aligned across several channels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from brief intake and scoping through to delivery and follow-up.
• Review briefs, clarify what is needed and turn it into clear production plans.
• Build and update detailed timelines, assign resources and track progress across several workstreams.
• Manage day-to-day traffic for the studio so priorities are clear and workloads stay balanced.
• Work with designers, copywriters, production and operations teams to keep execution smooth.
• Make sure assets arrive on time, in the right format and to agreed specifications.
• Oversee outgoing and incoming delivery flows, including handovers to partners, agencies, media teams or print and production contacts where relevant.
• Check quality and consistency before final delivery.
• Help shape working methods, checklists and delivery processes that cut errors and improve efficiency.
• Keep project status, workload and upcoming priorities visible through studio planning and reporting tools.
• Respond to day-to-day requests quickly, clearly and with practical solutions that support strong client service.
• Work with the Studio Manager on capacity planning, workflow improvements and operational follow-up.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in project management, traffic management or production coordination, ideally in an agency or in-house creative setting.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to handle several fast-moving projects at once.
• Experience working with creative and production teams on print, digital and adaptation workflows.
• Keen attention to detail and control over deadlines, specifications and delivery quality.
• Comfortable using planning, workflow and project management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other national language.
• A good command of English is required.

Conditions

The role is based in Asse, a town about 12-14 km northwest of Brussels with fast train and road links, within the greater Brussels commuting area.
