Project Manager – Digital Customer Solutions

Description

Your role supports the rollout, adoption and ongoing improvement of the company's commercial software, which more than 70 pharmaceutical customers across Belgium use.

The suite includes a pharmacy engagement tool, a doctor engagement platform, a field representative app and digital sampling. You will be a trusted second-line and advanced support contact for Belgian clients and will also help with international support.

The company provides clinical research, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to life sciences firms.

Responsibilities

• Help customers through onboarding, setup and rollout of new features.
• Investigate problems, find the root cause and propose clear, structured fixes.
• Work with product owners, developers and QA to pass on and resolve complex cases.
• Join customer meetings to learn their needs, collect requirements and turn them into concrete improvements.
• Keep accurate records of configurations, new features and best practices.
• Help refine internal processes and the customer experience.
• Become a deep expert on all platforms and a go-to resource for colleagues.
• Lead internal projects such as ISO certification and new roadmap work, plus similar initiatives.
• Move the doctor engagement platform forward with new innovations.

Requirements

• You think analytically and can grasp complicated business and technical situations.
• You have worked in project management, implementation, consulting or a similar hybrid role.
• You are comfortable with software platforms, data flows and configuration logic.
• You want to learn the full solution suite and how pharma sales work.
• You communicate well and feel confident in customer meetings.
• You can turn customer needs into clear actions or technical requirements.
• You stay organized, proactive and focused on solutions.
• You are interested in emerging technology such as AI and automation.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French, spoken and written.
• You are familiar with CRM systems, field force tools or commercial pharma processes.
• You have experience with ticketing systems, basic SQL, technical architecture or API concepts.
• You have taken part in software rollouts or customer success work before.
• Pharma or life sciences experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Conditions

Local clients in Belgium are your main focus, with some international support work alongside.
