Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design of onboarding and activation journeys, from discovery and problem definition through detailed design, build and launch.
Design both customer-facing onboarding flows and internal operational workflows, weighing user needs, business goals, compliance and operational realities.
Simplify complex multi-step processes such as identity verification, KYB/KYC, document collection, review and account activation.
Work with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams to find high-impact problems, agree priorities and ship real improvements.
Design responsive web and mobile experiences that feel clear, consistent and intuitive on every device.
Work with mobile designers and engineers to shape mobile-first experiences that translate well into native apps.

Prototype, test and iterate quickly, using research, data and feedback to validate ideas and improve customer outcomes.
Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Codex, Figma Make or others to explore ideas faster, prototype, test assumptions and refine your workflow.
Try new ways of working that take you from ambiguity to concrete solutions quickly, without lowering quality or the customer experience.
Build on and extend the design system, improving shared patterns and components so teams can ship consistently and faster.
Stay involved through implementation with Engineering to secure quality, accessibility and polish at launch.
Support design culture through critiques, workshops and reviews, raising the standard through craft and collaboration.
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in UX or Product Design, assessed against Level 3 or Level 4 expectations.
A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, problem solving and craft, including complex workflows, journeys or products you made simpler for users.
