Sr. Product Designer (Remote)

Description

You will join the Provider Team, which builds tools that help mental health providers deliver care.

The role centres on new products taken from early concept through to launch, in a company that works remote-first.

The ideal candidate handles unclear problems well, takes full ownership at every design stage, and looks ahead to how care delivery may change.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research, using AI where it makes sense.

Responsibilities

• Design the tools therapists use every day, reducing their administrative work.
• Create intelligent features that support clinical decisions while keeping patient care at the centre.
• Shape vague, early-stage ideas into shipped features, owning the design from problem definition through delivery and later changes.
• Apply AI deliberately within product experiences.
• Align with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research partners throughout the design process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience, with a portfolio showing products you shipped.
• A track record of designing multi-step workflows for productivity, operations, or business software, cutting task friction and measurably improving efficiency.
• Experience working across functions with product, engineering, operations, and ideally compliance or policy partners.
• Expert-level Figma skills across end-to-end design, prototyping, and system-level thinking.
• Clear communication: you explain tradeoffs well and document workflow logic so teams stay aligned.
• Strong ownership, with substantial experience taking design from the problem space through delivery and ongoing evolution.
• Preferred: experience in high-trust platform domains such as healthcare, fintech, or enterprise systems.
• Preferred: experience designing for business or practice management teams with dynamic, complex workflows.
• Preferred: comfort turning ambiguous problems into lightweight, AI-enabled experiences.
• Preferred: experience running user research with business or practice owners to uncover workflow friction.
• Preferred: experience contributing to or building enterprise-grade design systems.
• Preferred: familiarity with accessibility requirements for finance or healthcare experiences.

Fully remote, based in the United States.

The company hires in most U.S. states, but not in Hawaii.
