Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This is an internal project management role on a remote contract basis.

You would sit between business stakeholders and technical teams across projects that run from discovery through rollout.

Responsibilities

• Run internal projects end to end, from gathering requirements through delivering solutions and embedding new processes.
• Interview users and stakeholders to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn findings into project requirements.
• Act as the link between business teams and engineers, keeping everyone aligned at each phase.
• Spot risks, issues, and dependencies early and plan how to handle them.
• Lead the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into current business workflows.
• Drive change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities, and business needs shift while keeping teams in sync.
• Track project performance and KPIs so delivery stays tied to business goals.
• Gather and analyze data to inform decisions and back up proposed solutions.
• Write progress reports and present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Find process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing projects.
• Practical work in analyzing or refining business processes or building product workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds.
• A habit of making decisions based on data.
• Experience using AI or building it into products or business processes.
• Strong organization and delivery skills, with the ability to adjust when requirements change.
• English at B2 level or higher.
