Description

The team is building new solutions and internal tools that are meant to move business results.

You will work with leadership and department heads to set the direction for these solutions.

This role covers the product from early discovery through release, rollout into daily business processes, and ongoing improvement.

You will connect business stakeholders with technical teams and keep everyone aligned and informed at each stage.

The role is remote and contract-based, with work across several time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership and department heads to define the vision for new solutions and tools aimed at business outcomes.
  • Turn strategic goals into concrete product solutions that fit both technical capabilities and business priorities.
  • Own the product from discovery and requirements gathering through release, adoption in business processes, and continuous optimization.
  • Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, keeping communication clear and expectations aligned.
  • Review current processes, spot where automation would help, and put effective solutions in place.
  • Work with business analysts, designers, and engineers, and take on niche projects or individual product stages when required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-moving digital or technology environment, with measurable delivery results.
  • A proven record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
  • A strong analytical approach that uses data to guide decisions.
  • A clear sense of when a problem needs new development and when it can be solved without it.
  • Experience building automations that reduce manual work and improve processes.
  • Hands-on skill with no-code or low-code tools for early prototypes and testing assumptions.
  • Strong communication and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
  • Self-motivated and well organized, with the ability to work remotely across time zones.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Business analysis experience is a nice to have.

Conditions

Remote contract role.

Work is spread across multiple time zones.

The hiring process may include one-way video interviews, behavioral assessments, and timed cognitive tests.

Candidates with a disability or neurodiversity who need adjustments, such as extra test time, a different communication format, or flexible scheduling, can ask, and the company will work with them.
