Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company needs a senior project manager to run several projects at once across departments.

The role is remote and offered as a contract position.

The work covers process analysis, process improvement, change management and integrating systems and technology across teams.

You will keep stakeholders informed and set realistic expectations throughout each project.

Responsibilities

• Run several projects at the same time across departments, keeping each on schedule, within scope and within budget.
• Take full ownership of projects from start to finish, covering planning, solution design, budget, staffing and risk.
• Review workflows and business processes to find inefficiencies and turn them into clear requirements.
• Improve processes using process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Lead change efforts so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams working on integrating systems, processes and technology solutions.
• Keep stakeholders aligned by gathering requirements, sharing progress and managing expectations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• A background in business analysis or product management.
• A proven record of improving business processes and rolling out changes to products or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams made up of business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience putting AI into products or processes, with measurable results.
• Nice to have: proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

Conditions

This is a remote contract role.
