Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company runs several projects at once across departments and needs a senior project manager to lead them.

The role covers the full lifecycle of a project, from planning through to delivery.

The work centres on improving how business processes run, using analysis and change management, and bringing systems and teams together.

Responsibilities

• Run several projects at the same time across departments, keeping each on schedule, within scope and within budget.
• Take each project from start to finish, covering planning, solution design, budget, staffing and risk.
• Study workflows and business processes to find weak spots and turn them into requirements the team can act on.
• Improve processes through process modelling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Lead change efforts so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams working on integrating systems, processes and technology.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned, handling requirements gathering, progress updates and expectations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• A background in business analysis or product management.
• A proven record of improving business processes and rolling out changes to products or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams made up of business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience putting AI into products or processes with measurable results.
• Nice to have: proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

Conditions

Contract role, fully remote.
