Senior Project/Product Manager - Business Transformation (Contract, Remote)

Description

The role sits in the company's MarTech enterprise product area and covers business transformation work, from an unclear business problem through to results that can be measured.

You will set direction with leadership and department heads for new solutions, systems and process changes, and turn strategic goals into product solutions that fit business priorities.

The company is a modern, data-driven digital business. You will work as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, and you may take full ownership of individual projects or product stages when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for new solutions, systems and process improvements with leadership and department heads, aimed at measurable business outcomes.
• Turn strategic goals into product solutions that match technical capabilities to business priorities.
• Lead MarTech enterprise product work end to end: discovery, process analysis, solution design, prioritization, delivery, rollout, adoption and checking the business results.
• Keep business stakeholders and technical teams aligned and informed at every stage, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver on time and at high quality.
• Review current business processes, find where automation or improvement is possible, then redesign those processes and build new solutions.
• Work with business analysts, product designers, engineers and other departments to deliver measurable outcomes, and take sole ownership of projects or product stages when needed.
• Work with process owners and department leaders to put solutions into daily operations, support adoption, gather feedback and confirm the expected business outcome was reached.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product, project, business analysis or transformation roles at digital or tech-driven companies, including direct ownership of internal systems or business process initiatives.
• A track record of leading cross-functional work from an unclear business problem through discovery, design, delivery, rollout, adoption and measurable results.
• Experience analyzing and redesigning business processes, rolling out internal products or systems, and driving digital transformation.
• A solid grasp of product and project management, and the judgment to tell when software development is needed and when a simpler operational or automation fix is enough.
• Hands-on use of AI, automation and no-code or low-code tools to improve workflows, test hypotheses or build early prototypes. Experience with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or similar is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization and delivery skills, with the ability to make decisions based on data.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence people without direct authority.
• You work independently, stay well organized and are comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• A plus: experience in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, marketing automation or MarTech.
• English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.

Conditions

Contract role, fully remote.

Monday to Friday, with a start between 1:00 and 2:00 PM and an end between 9:00 and 10:00 PM EET.
