Project Manager

The company has nearly 7,000 employees worldwide.

The European project management team has 11 project managers and project coordinators. The team takes on demanding business development and project management work for clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and lead projects that roll out the company's technology to help clients change how they design and service their products.
• Own the financials of the program, including cost, revenue and margin.
• Own the relationship with the client for the company's Professional Services.
• Manage the customer account and the day-to-day operations of programs or several large projects, including tactical decisions.
• Define, agree on and document the client's vision and transformation strategy, including roadmaps.
• Help win new business and grow existing projects by selling additional value or defining the next phase of a client's roadmap.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success Management to build detailed account plans and strategies.
• Support and coach new team members through a ramp-up plan.

Requirements

• Ability to lead people, business processes and business objectives.
• At least 5 years of project management experience leading projects or programs.
• Industry experience in Mobility, Manufacturing, Life Science, or Electronics and High Tech.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable field.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and in French or German.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
